STORY OUTLINE

Harry Trenam, born in Cooktown, and enlisted at Cairns, went overseas in September 1917 to Hurdcott near Fovant, UK, in the Australian Army Service Corps, then Supply Co. then Motor Transport Company.

It is possible that Driver Arthur Trenam of Cooktown, wounded was his brother or relative.(Townsville Bulletin, 12 July 1918).

He returned to Australia and was discharged in October 1919.
