STORY OUTLINE

Nicholas Sharoff enlisted in Port Douglas on 5/05/15, but was discharged unfit on 29/06/15.

On 2/08/15 he re-enlisted in Liverpool, NSW, and was sent to the Gallipoli Peninsula.

He was away from the front for three months and returned 6/11/15, then disembarked at Alexandria on 9/01/16.

He was killed in action in France on 28/07/16.
