STORY OUTLINE

Joseph William Trezise was a member of the pioneering Trezise family of Mowbray and he worked on the family farm. He enlisted in January 2015 and joined the 25th Battalion, which was embroiled in the Gallipoli Campaign during 1915. In November 1915, Private Trezise succumbed to Dysentry - he died in hospital in Malta on 28 November 1915.

He was buried in the Addol Cemetery Malta.
